We had a limited timing window, and we knew that if things did not go perfectly, we would miss it. We needed to find someone who was absolutely rock solid and who could guide this boat safely to port. We talked to a lot of different realtors, but as soon as we met Kerri, we knew we had found the right one. Since we were planning on buying from out of state, we needed someone we could really trust to vet everything, handle the details, be honest with us, and guide us through the process. Kerri and Owen did all of that and more. And we saved even more money during closing thanks to Kerri's strong negotiating skills. But even after the sale, she kept delivering. One of the biggest reasons we chose Kerri was because we knew we would need ongoing support. We moved here not knowing anyone and not having any network of our own. So being able to tap into her network of trusted people has been a godsend. Every person she has connected us with has been clutch. For example, 30 hours after we moved in, we had a household emergency. We called some people on our own, but then read their Yelp reviews and panicked.
